Where is my order? Once your order leaves our workshop, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking status to update.

How should I wash my hand-dyed FCTRY91 t-shirts?

Our pieces are crafted with specialized dyeing techniques. To maintain the integrity of the design.

  • Wash in cold water with similar colors.
  • Use a mild detergent.
  • Do not bleach.
  • Dry inside out in the shade; avoid direct harsh sunlight to prevent color fading.

Are the patterns exactly like the photos?

Because every piece is hand-dyed, minor variations in pattern and color intensity are inherent to the process. Each garment is unique—that is the mark of authentic FCTRY91 craftsmanship.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping across India takes 3-10 business days, depending on your location. We process all orders from our facility in Bhagalpur.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return an item?

Yes, if it meets our Return Policy criteria. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Please initiate your request within 5 days of delivery.

What if I ordered the wrong size?

If the fit isn’t right, we offer exchanges for a different size (subject to stock availability). Please contact our support team immediately to reserve your replacement size.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if we shipped the incorrect size/color. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please reach out to our support team at fctry91@gmail.com

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item.

  • Approval/Rejection: If approved, your refund will be processed.
  • Method: A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
  • Timeline: Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account, depending on your financial institution.

How to Initiate a Return

If your order qualifies for a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Approval: Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours.
